Florin Ciubotaru
Florin Ciubotaru has graduated the Art Institute in 1963. He has been working in various artistic fields such as painting, graphics, sculpture and monumental art. In 1990 he was appointed professor at the National University of Arts in Bucharest. During 1969-1979 he created the tapestry with the theme ”The Theatre of the World” having the surface of 174 square meters. He has participated in numerous collective and group exhibitions in the country and abroad. His professional activity was stated through personal exhibitions. His works are found in museums and private collections. He received two awards for monumental art and six awards for painting. He currently lives and works in Otopeni.
